Important COVID-19 Update:

At this point we do not know what COVID restraints may apply in September, but we will post any changes.  Meanwhile, registrations should be in by September 1st, T-shirt orders by August 15th.

Packet pickup:

  • Same as before, they will be alphabetically in boxes marked with your route.  PLEASE be considerate of your ‘neighbor’ as you find yours.
  • Can’t find it?  Then check with customer service.

Riding with Chidren:

  • Registration with adult signature is required for each child.

All previous riders are automatically included into our email database for notification.

Registration for the ride does not include a ticket for the feast. Please be sure to specify your interest for the feast when you register.

Mail-In Registration & Waiver

Early Packet Pick Up is available on September 17, 2021 from 3-6 PM
Packet pickup is also available on event day from 7 -10 AM. Available at Palmerton Park in Rogue River.

Fees

All rides include rest stop refreshments.

Metric Century Ride  – $55

37 Mile Ride – $40

20 Mile Ride – $30

Tandem Rider: 2nd rider is half of ride price

BBQ Dinner Tickets: $15.00 per person (12pm -5pm)

  • September 1st, 2021 deadline on registrations
  • No late signups at the park etc.

Disclaimer

This event is a fund raiser for the Rogue River Greenway, a non-profit organization. This event is limited to 1,200 riders and takes place rain or shine. There are no refunds as funds expended for meals, t-shirts and many other items were calculated on the number of registrations received.

We will honor a transfer of registration to someone else only if the primary registered entrant calls and speaks directly with one of our representatives and provides us with all the necessary information for the new entrant no later than 72 hours before the event.  *New entrant will be required to check in and sign waiver to participate.
